Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Trax Business Solutions' services. By engaging our services or submitting an enquiry, you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Trax Business Solutions (ABN 5 629 751 508) provides AI voice receptionist services to Australian businesses ("the Service"). References to "we", "us", or "Trax" mean Trax Business Solutions. References to "you" or "the Client" mean the business or individual engaging our services.

The exact configuration of the Service will be agreed upon during onboarding. We reserve the right to update, modify, or improve the Service at any time.
Upon engagement, we will collect your business information and configure your AI receptionist. You agree to:
We aim to have your service live within 48 business hours of receiving all required information. Delays caused by incomplete information provided by the Client are not our responsibility.
Our Service is provided on a monthly subscription basis. Fees are agreed upon during onboarding and may be subject to change with 30 days' written notice. All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
A one-time setup fee may apply to cover the initial configuration of your AI receptionist. This fee is non-refundable once work has commenced.
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced, except where required by Australian Consumer Law. Setup fees are non-refundable once configuration work has begun.
If you cancel your subscription, the Service will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused days.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including any applicable consumer guarantees.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at lance@traxbusinesssolutions.com.au. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. There are no lock-in contracts or exit fees.

Our AI voice receptionist records and transcribes telephone calls as part of delivering the Service. By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
All software, systems, scripts, and AI models used to deliver the Service remain the intellectual property of Trax Business Solutions or our technology partners. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service during your subscription period.
Scripts and content created specifically for your business remain your property. We retain the right to use anonymised, aggregated data from service delivery to improve our systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trax Business Solutions is not liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months prior to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
We aim to provide a reliable, always-on service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or unforeseen technical issues may occasionally affect availability. We will notify you of planned maintenance where possible.
Our Service relies on third-party platforms including Retell AI, Google, ClickSend, VoipLine, and Modal. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or changes to these third-party services. Their respective terms of service and privacy policies apply to their portions of the Service.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
